How Successfully High Heels Contributes…!
If you have practiced and mastered the running time only, you can start to vary the height of your
heels. One way to do this is to try each day a different heel height. Each level takes your legs in a slightly different way. Why don’t you get yourself a few pairs of shoes of different heights in the same style – black pumps are ideal for this – and then you wear to work every day a different heel height The best to suit for daily basis: Wear 3” heels on Mondays, 4” on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 4” or 5” heels on Thursdays and 6” heels on Fridays. It’s pretty funny – hardly anyone notices it! To wear 2” to 5” heel in the week and 6” to 6.5” at the weekend. Or perhaps even better idea: Apply 4” to 5” during the day and 5” to 6” heel in the evening. Well, my suggestions for “altitude change” of course, depend entirely on what you intend in the course of the daily routine.
Probably it’s the best way to change shoes during the day. In this way you can practice more and avoid danger and harden to your feet and muscles. Take an ordinary routine: make breafast for the children wearing 3 inch mules. Bring the children to school in flat sandals. At the salon shop with a subsequent meeting – 5” heels. A bit of housework and after lunch, something to play tennis – training shoes. Later, a little work on the computer – 3” Mules. Pick up the kids from school in 5” heels. Yes, just to impress you! And it’s not far to go. Wash and prepare tea in 2” slippers or sneakers. Evening meal for a few hours wear 6” or more. It is a busy daily schedule, but I guess it just goes to general housewives. I think if you have just started with the wearing of high heeled shoes, then you will enjoy wearing in particular – but I would advise them to wear them all the time – and so your feet stay healthy. But ultimately you need to know yourself.
